This easter was especially beautiful. It will always be an Easter I never forget. My cousin Ashlee is now Catholic!!! I am so blessed to have been able to witness this journey she started last year. She began her journey into the Catholic faith shortly after finding out we were having Hope and Grace. And now this weekend after many months of learning and discerning if this was what God was calling her to, she entered into the Catholic Family on Easter Vigil!
Easter Sunday was all about family again. Chris and I went to brunch with his family and enjoyed lots of yummy casseroles! And then headed over to the Gray Headquarters for easter egg hunts and MORE FOOD!
PS...
At the end of Easter Day, my Godbaby Ava, gave me such a special gift. In her kindergarten class she had to draw a picture of what she thought about Jesus. And she said that she thinks of Jesus she prays for Uncle Chris, Auntie Lulu, Hope and Grace all the time. And she loves her cousins very much! She gave me the picture that she drew of her Hope and Grace in heaven... AND I LOVED IT!!!
It's the thought that counts the most!
